IBC Group was established in 2006 with ten engineers. It has now grown to a team of over two hundred employees, with a multinational workforce across three continents. Several critical projects in Pakistan, Mozambique, and Malaysia have put IBC Group on the international map as a reliable technical partner for food & beverage projects worldwide.
Service Quality
Our focus on maintaining quality standards and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, has made us one of the youngest major actors offering technical consultancy services in the food & beverage manufacturing and packaging industry. IBC Group has captured approximately 30% of the global market in the beverage packaging and bottling share thanks to its reputation for delivering exacting quality within some of the fastest response times.
Our Team
With over a decade of experience in installation projects, our installation team has extensive knowledge and expertise in designing, planning, and installing beverage filling lines, from both an electrical and a mechanical perspective, and across a range of products and manufacturers.
Having installed over 500 packaging lines over the years, our team is highly competent and proficient. Installation projects run by the IBC Group team typically take less budgeted man hours compared to other organizations while maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards at the same time.
The installation team undergoes OEM training for mechanical and electrical installation protocols and our supervisors and site managers undergo stringent site management and project management training programs to ensure optimum procedural, quality and time standards.
The team is also supported remotely by operations, logistics and technical management teams to ensure that they are available at the right time, have the right tools and equipment, and can access technical support to handle any situation they may face onsite, no matter how complicated.
With an average relevant experience exceeding seven years, our field service engineers understand that training and skill enhancement is a continuous and essential process. As a result, with the support of OEM partners, IBC Group conducts numerous training programs per year, both onsite and at OEM training facilities.
Our commissioning team is equipped with the training and knowledge needed to conduct commissioning activities. Boasting knowledge and expertise in single machines and line technologies, our field service engineers conduct activities that cover commissioning, acceptance test protocols, retrofitting, periodic and preventative machine and line audits, overhauling, troubleshooting, and spare part assessments among many others.
Renowned for the quality of its work, the IBC Group commissioning team ensures minimal loss of productivity for customers by guaranteeing their availability across different production cycles with the delivery of excellent results. In fact, customers often request specific field service engineers to fix future commissioning issues, having seen first-hand their efficiency and commitment. In addition, our field service engineers are requested as embedded engineers by customers and for annual contracts by OEMs, a testimony to their technical skills and commitment.
In addition to installation and commissioning, IBC Group provides support for turnkey projects through design and layout services, consultancy services, logistic support, training, and other technical services.
Our technical team is made-up of skilled project managers who will help in designing project specs for new line installations. This covers design and layout services, the technical capabilities and manpower required, man hour and cost budgeting for the project, and much more. The service extends to providing complete end-to-end support for turnkey projects, including evaluation and advice on OEM capabilities specific to customer requirements and logistical services. In addition, the services team includes piping services experts, welding services protocol services as well.
Our technical team also consists of OEM certified trainers who provide a range of training programs across beverage filling line technologies, both from an electrical and a mechanical perspective. OEMs and our customers have occasionally leveraged our trainers and training facilities to fulfill their training needs. Our field service engineers provide embedded engineering services to customers, handle the entire electrical and mechanical supervision of filling lines, and ensure that lines run at optimum efficiency. Furthermore, our field service engineers are contracted through annual agreements by OEMs to ensure the continued presence of specialized technicians for emergencies, breakdowns or other services.
